At PURPLE LEAF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and outdoor living purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions to ensure it arrives back in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our facility, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
